Kim Ricardo

Kim D. Ricardo is Professor of Law and Interim Associate Dean of Experiential Education at the University of Illinois, Chicago School of Law. She is a Public Voices Fellow of the University of Illinois Alumni Op-Ed Project and Public Voices Fellow. Monterey Park is her hometown.
