Christine Hopkins

Christine Hopkins is a local plaintiff's attorney who served on the Steering Committee for the Coalition for Neighborhood Self-Determination. She offered pro bono legal assistance with filing City of Dallas Ethics Complaints to Downwinders at Risk staff and volunteers who were targetted by City Environmental Commission appointees in retaliation for their advocacy for clean air for black and brown communities in Dallas.
