Milton Mills, MD is a practicing physician and co-author of a two-part research paper entitled “Racial Bias in US Dietary Guidelines” that highlights the role animal food-centered, western/southern-style diets play in promoting and exacerbating disproportionate levels of chronic diseases in the African American community.
