Mantra Roy

A Public Voices Fellow with The OpEd Project, Mantra Roy has a Ph.D in American Literature and has been a librarian for 4 years at San Jose State University. She has experience with the Global Libraries program in The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the WebJunction team of OCLC, academic expertise in a private and a public university library, and is a recent grantee of the Laura Bush 21st Century Librarian Program.
