Jessica Magaldi

Jessica A. Magaldi, JD, is the Ivan Fox Professor and Scholar of Business Law at Pace University. Her research focuses on the law’s intersection with business and technology, with an emphasis on equity issues, particularly gender equity and income equity. Recent projects include image-based sexual abuse (so-called “revenge porn”), internet discourse relating to the participation of women and girls, and the impact of gender diversity on corporate board performance.
