Alma Yates, MSW

Alma Yates, MSW, is a former refugee who survived the conflict in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is the Education Program Manager at the Benioff Homelessness and Housing Initiative at UCSF. She is a Public Voices Fellow with the OpEd Project, in partnership with UCSF and the Benioff Homelessness and Housing Initiative.
